We offer a paid appointment outside of regular hours and must be scheduled by a manager or depending on store capacity may be able to work within regular hours.

We take a card to reserve your appointment time. We will only charge if you do not show up to your appointment or do not call to cancel within the 24-hour window. When you call ahead to cancel it allows us to let a bride on our waiting list know she can come in to find her dream wedding gown.

Q. What sizes do you offer in the store?
A. We have dresses available to try on in the store in size 0-32. Some times dresses get shipped between the 2 stores so if there is a particular style you are interested in seeing during your appointment give us a call and we will be happy to check on availability.
Q. Do you offer champagne during the appointment?
A. We do not have a permit to serve any kind of alcohol in our store. We love that we are located near so many fabulous restaurants and if you need a celebratory drink we would invite you to visit one of these establishements.
Q. Can I bring kids to my appointment?
A. We encourage you to find other plans for children, it isn't really a place for them to run around in. However we understand that is not always possible and ask that if children are attending the appointment they stay seated and have an adult to keep an eye on them. DUE TO COVID WE ARE ASKING FOR NO CHILDREN
Q. Do you offer appointments during your non-scheduled hours?
A. Absolutly! These appointments do require a nonrefundable deposit and can be scheduled directly by calling the store.
Q. Can I buy a dress off the rack?
A. Yes! We offer dresses off the rack and special order. Many of our brides find their dream dress during their appointment and take it home with them the same day!
Q. What price range are your dresses?
A. Regular priced dresses start at $800 and go up to $2,500. Dresses below $800 are available but limited, please call for more details.
