We have dresses available to try on in the store in size 0-40. Some times dresses get shipped between the 2 stores, so if there is a particular style you are interested in seeing during your appointment, give us a call and we will be happy to check on availability!

Types of Appointments
Bridal Appointment: During your appointment, your stylist will help you say yes to your dress!
VIB Appointment: For Brides who like a more private experience, after hours, as you say yes to your perfect dress! $100 reservation, $50 going towards your gown purchase. Please call to schedule.
We accommodates multiple appointments at the same time. Our seating areas are designed to give you a personalized experience and can comfortably seat 3-5 guests. Additional seats available upon request.
- Appointments are FREE OF CHARGE, but a credit card is required to hold your spot.
- It’s like a hair stylist or spa; should you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment a $50 fee will be charged to your card, as we will have already scheduled a stylist and are no longer able to fill that spot with another bride.

Day and time you select is a REQUEST. Someone from our team will contact you in the next 48 hours to confirm if that day and time is available.
Please note that while we require a credit card to reserve your appointment, your card will NOT be charged at the time the appointment is booked (unless booking a special appointment). The card number will simply be held on file to accommodate our cancellation fee of $50 if you must cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

What sizes do you offer in the store?
Can I bring kids to my appointment?
We encourage you to find other plans for children, it isn't really a place for them to run around in. However, we understand that is not always possible and ask that if children are attending the appointment, they stay seated and have an adult to keep an eye on them.
Do you offer appointments during your non-scheduled hours?
Absolutely! These appointments do require a nonrefundable deposit and can be scheduled directly by calling the store.
Can I buy a dress off the rack?
Yes! We offer dresses off the rack and special order. Many of our brides find their dream dress during their appointment and take it home with them the same day!
What price range are your dresses?
Regular priced dresses start at $1200 and go up to $3,500. Dresses below $1000 are available but limited, so please call for more details.
